This is Scourge AKA Evil Sonic, he comes from a twisted alternate universe... I think, I'm sorry I have never actually read any of the Sonic comic (where he's from) so I don't know much about him... LOL

he was really the same colour as sonic but he got interrupted when he was turning super and that left him as he is now, with an even stronger super form...

ay scourge he was actally put in a dimentional prison but he got his group back together and broke out and I hope that I will see him soon in the comics
